I/ ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide legal consulting services/render legal advice to local and foreign organisations on all aspects of Vietnam laws (investment, corporation, commercial contracts, labor, real estate, banking, mergers and acquisitions, etc.); carry out licensing procedures;
  • Supervise/manage projects/consulting services and ensure they are delivered on time/budget, meeting client expectations;
  • Review and certify contractual documents, proposals, corporate/investment documents and other administrative documents to support the Company’s operation;
  • Maintain legal compliance and provide legal support for operation of the company; Take responsible for the aspect of legal towards the Company’s operation;
  • Perform as an in-house lawyer of the Company; Consult the procedures of legal documents, participate in deal/litigation, and solve the arisen issues to beneficial disputes between the Company and the third party (if any).
  • Develop relationships with potential clients;
  • Conduct the junior staff coaching and performance appraisals.
  • Assist all of departments of the Company in the aspect of legal;
  • Other tasks assigned by Managing Director.

II/ JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • University Graduation with major in Law;
  • At least three years or more of work experience in law firms or prestigious consulting firms;
  • Excellent English writing and speaking skills;
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with proven ability to resolve problems in a professional manner;
  • Dynamic, enthusiastic, careful, honest and responsible; Withstand high work pressure;
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of management in an organisation and manage client relationships at all levels confidently;
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients;
  • Ability to build and maintain the good relationship with state authorities.

III/ BENEFITS:
