- Proactively develop and execute on markets strategy to maximize growth and achieve targeted results.
- Ensure continuous improvement in customer experiences through development and deployment of best practice processes
- Deploy and monitor Offer/Proposal processes from beginning till end.
- Work closely with Directos to identify, pursue and convert opportunities
- Identify and gather information on new client issues through meetings and networking
- Drive business development initiatives, develop and maintain profitable business relationships and extend Pham’s presence in the markets
- Undertake other related activities as required, being proactive in knowledge sharing and bringing new and ideas to the business as appropriate
- Salary: Negotiable
