– Round 02: Payment to pensioners or social insurance beneficiaries who decide to receive a new salary; receive transfers from the social insurance agency of another province, the social insurance agency of the Ministry of Defense, the People’s Public Security from the 28th of every month until the end of office hours on the last working day of the month.

2. Ho Chi Minh City delays the payment of pensions and social insurance benefits in May
According to the provisions of Decision 166/QD-BHXH 2019 of the Vietnam Social Security, the schedule for payment of monthly pensions and social insurance benefits is from the 2nd to the 25th of the month.
Specifically: Payment at payment points: From the 2nd to 10th of the month, the organization pays at least 06 hours/day at all payment points; end of payment only before the 10th projection date for the points of payment for which the beneficiary amount has been fully paid according to the list transferred by the social insurance agency; payment at the transaction point of the district post office: From the 11th of the month, continue to pay at the payment points which are the transaction points of the post office until the end of the 25th of the month.
City Social Security. Ho Chi Minh City has just issued a notice related to the May pension and social insurance allowance payment schedule. In which, the time off for the Anniversary of the Ancestral Commemoration, April 30 – May 1 of this year lasts for 5 consecutive days. From April 29 to May 3)the schedule for payment of pensions and social insurance benefits in May is fixed as follows:
– If receiving in cash: Start paying from May 4 to May 25;
– If receiving via ATM: Start paying from May 4 to May 5.
Thus, instead of receiving from the 2nd as in previous months, the recipient of the city’s pension and social insurance allowance. Ho Chi Minh City will start receiving pensions and benefits for May 2023 from May 5.
