The level of enjoyment for convalescence and health rehabilitation after being sick for one day is equal to 30% of the current base salary as prescribed in Clause 3, Article 29 of the Law on Social Insurance 2014.
From July 1, 2023 to VND 1.8 million, the level of convalescence and health rehabilitation after illness will increase to VND 540,000 (currently VND 447,000).
3. Increase the post-maternity recovery fee to 540,000 VND
According to Clause 3, Article 41 of the Law on Social Insurance 2014, the level of enjoyment of the convalescence and health rehabilitation regime after maternity for one day is equal to 30% of the base salary.
Thus, from 1/7/2023, increase the level of benefits for convalescence and health rehabilitation after maternity to VND 540,000 (currently VND 447,000).
4. Increase one-time allowance for people with reduced working capacity
Specifically, Article 46 of the Law on Social Insurance 2014 stipulates that employees with a working capacity decrease of 5% to 30% are entitled to a lump-sum allowance.
The one-time allowance for people with working capacity reduction is regulated as follows from July 1, 2023: with a 5% decrease in working capacity, they are entitled to 5 times the base salary (ie 9 million VND). 7.45 million VND compared to the current rate), then for every 1% decrease, an additional 0.5 times the base salary (ie an increase of 900,000 VND).

The monthly allowance for a person with a working capacity decrease from July 1 is regulated as follows: for a 31% decrease in working capacity, they are entitled to 30% of the base salary, after which the reduction is further. 1% is entitled to an additional 2% of the base salary.

6. Increase the allowance for people with working capacity reduction to 1.8 million dong

9. Adjust monthly pension to 1.8 million VND
According to Clause 5, Article 56 of the Law on Social Insurance 2014, the lowest monthly pension of employees participating in compulsory social insurance who are eligible for pension under the provisions of Articles 54 and 55 of the Law on Social Insurance. Social insurance 2014 is equal to the base salary of 1.8 million VND (currently 1.49 million VND), except for the cases specified at Point i, Clause 1, Article 2 and Clause 3, Article 54 of the 2014 Law on Social Insurance.
10. Funeral allowance increased to 18 million dong
